Take the best possible care of every card entrusted to us.
The Solution Card Concierge exists for one reason: collectors shouldn't need a logistics degree to get their cards graded. We handle the inspection, the prep, the submission, and the sale — you keep the hobby.

Our story
Built by collectors
The Solution Card Concierge started the way most card stories do: a binder, a show table, and the slow realization that getting cards graded was harder than it needed to be. Forms, service levels, declared values, shipping insurance, turnaround anxiety — the process punished the exact people it was supposed to serve.
So we built the service we wished existed. A concierge that treats every submission like a grail submission: cards inspected by hand, prepped properly, documented at every step, and hand-delivered to PSA. Then, when the slabs came back, collectors started asking us to sell them — and the private brokerage was born.
Today we serve collectors across San Diego and Long Beach, California — from first-time submitters with a childhood binder to seasoned dealers moving volume. The promise hasn't changed: your cards, handled like they're ours, until they're back in your hands or sold on your terms.

How we work
Principles, not fine print
Every card is documented
Photographed, catalogued, and tracked from the moment it reaches us — nothing moves without a record.
Tiers are recommendations, not upsells
We match your card to the submission speed it actually needs. If Standard gets it done, we say so.
Grading is subjective — we tell you first
No grade is guaranteed. Our inspections give you an honest read before you spend a dollar on submission.
Your cards stay yours
Consignment listings only go public with your consent, and every offer needs your approval before it moves.
Open door
Open to all collectors
One grail or one thousand commons — every collector gets the same white-glove treatment. San Diego and Long Beach, California, and shippable from anywhere.
