These terms are a draft prepared for The Solution Card Concierge. They have not been reviewed by an attorney and should be reviewed and finalized before launch.
1. Services
The Solution Card Concierge provides white-glove concierge services for trading-card collectors, including grading-readiness inspection, grading submission handling, crack & prep & resubmit, insured courier hand-delivery, and consignment. Specific services, turnaround tiers, and per-card pricing are described on our Services and Consignment pages; your signed intake form or consignment agreement governs each engagement.
2. Card Custody, Handling & Insurance
Cards are documented by photography and custody receipt at intake. While cards are in our custody or in insured transit, they are covered under the insurance terms stated in your agreement, based on the declared values you provide. You are responsible for accurate declared values; under-declaration may limit recovery.
3. Grading Outcomes — Limitation of Liability
Grading is performed by independent third-party grading companies, not by The Solution Card Concierge. We do not guarantee any grade, turnaround time published by a grading company, or any increase in a card's market value. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the services related to the card(s) at issue, except where limited by applicable law. 4. Consignment Basics
Consigned cards remain your property until sold. Sale proceeds, less our agreed commission and any grading or preparation fees, are remitted per your signed consignment agreement. We do not guarantee sale price or sale timing. Crack & prep & resubmit services performed in connection with consignment are billed per the Consignment page pricing.
5. Card Photography — Consent
Intake photography documents condition and is part of your service record. We will not publish photographs of your cards for marketing or gallery purposes without your separate written consent.
6. Payment
Fees are charged per card per the tier you select, unless your agreement states otherwise. Payment processing details will be provided at intake. [Attorney to confirm: deposits, refunds, chargebacks.]
7. Governing Law
