Draft — for attorney review
This policy is a draft prepared for The Solution Card Concierge. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and should be reviewed and finalized before launch.
1. Information We Collect
When you engage The Solution Card Concierge as a card-grading concierge, we collect: (a) personal information you provide — name, email, phone number, mailing address, and government-issued ID where required for high-value transactions; (b) service records — card descriptions, declared values, grading submissions, and consignment terms; (c) digital identifiers — device and usage data when you visit sccpnc.com.
2. Signatures & Authorizations
Intake forms, consignment agreements, and custody receipts may require your electronic or handwritten signature. Signatures are stored as part of your service record and used solely to document your authorization for grading submissions, card handling, and consignment terms. We never share your signature images with third parties except as required by law.
3. Card Values & Insurance
Declared card values you provide are used to arrange insurance coverage during transit and custody. Insurance carriers and grading partners receive only the value and description data required to insure and process your cards — never your full client profile.
4. Card Photography — Ownership & Consent
We photograph cards at intake to document condition. These photographs are your service records. By engaging our services you consent to intake photography; separate written consent is required before we use any card photograph in marketing, the Discover gallery, or social channels. You may request removal of marketing images of your cards at any time.
5. Staff Access
Access to client records is limited to The Solution Card Concierge staff who need it to perform services. Client records, inventory data, and internal tools are never publicly discoverable and are not shared with other clients.
6. How We Use & Share Information
We use your information to provide grading concierge, crack & prep, and consignment services; communicate with you about your cards; and meet legal obligations. We share data only with service providers necessary to perform your service (grading companies, insured couriers, payment processors) and with authorities when required by law.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to record-retention obligations under applicable law and active service agreements.
8. Contact
For privacy questions, contact The Solution Card Concierge at the channels listed on our Intake page. [Attorney to insert designated privacy contact.]
